Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU RN or acute care experience in the specialty
• Current hands-on critical care experience within the last 12 months required
• Active RN license in hand at time of submission
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required
• Experience with Epic charting required
• Strong skills in ventilator management, IV starts, and critical care monitoring
• Experience with arterial lines, central lines, vasoactive drips, and blood product administration preferred
• Ability to work in a high-acuity oncology and medical ICU environment

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to critically ill adult and geriatric patients in a medical ICU setting
• Monitor and manage ventilated patients, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic status
• Administer medications, titrate drips, and support complex treatment plans
• Perform and assist with ICU procedures and advanced line care
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in Epic
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered critical care environment
