Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Nurse Madison, WI. This position involves providing care to adult and geriatric patients within a healthcare facility that emphasizes holistic wellness and advanced medical treatments. The nurse will work evening/night 12-hour shifts, with weekend and holiday rotations based on operational needs.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only) required.
• Education Requirements: WI RN license or compact RN license required.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of two years of acute care experience within the last three years in the specialty.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current WI RN or compact RN license, BLS certification, two years of acute care experience within last 3 years, Epic electronic health record systems experience, ability to pass telemetry testing prior to start.
• Additional Information: Must have previous charge experience, patient ratio experience, and charting system experience. Pass/fail testing with strict criteria is required prior to start, including adult and pediatric telemetry exams. Traveler floating as needed within a 50-mile radius.
