Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg or related acute care nursing experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• AHA BLS certification required
• NIH certification required
• AHA ACLS preferred
• Ability to work night shift nursing schedules and maintain consistent attendance
• Willingness to work required holiday shifts as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in an acute medicine and medical-surgical setting
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to support safe patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Support patient education and discharge planning as needed
• Maintain a professional, patient-centered, and team-oriented care environment
