Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical/Telemetry – Tulsa, OK 74104

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (06:45 - 19:15), 36 hours per week. 6 weekend shifts per contract. Patient ratio of 5:1.

Highlights:

• 24-bed medical surgical/telemetry unit with an emphasis on respiratory care
• Patient population includes COPD, tracheostomy care, and respiratory conditions
• First-time travelers accepted with comprehensive orientation and interdisciplinary support
• Epic charting system utilized throughout the unit
• Daily census of 24 patients with adult and geriatric populations
• 13-week assignment with two pre-approved time off periods available

Requirements:

• Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience with 5:1 patient ratios
• Epic charting system experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency in respiratory care including BiPAP/CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, tracheostomy care, and ABG interpretation
• Skills in telemetry monitoring, IV management, central line care, chest tubes, and wound care
• Candidates residing within 75 miles are not eligible for this travel position
