Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a Neurology Unit position requiring 2+ years of Level 1 trauma experience and active MA RN licensure.

Details

• Neurology unit within a hospital setting
• 36 hours per week on a rotating day/night shift schedule
• 13-week assignment length
• Uses Epic charting system

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required, no conditional or pending licenses accepted
• BLS certification required (AHA preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of Level 1 trauma center experience required
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
• Primary source verification of license required within 30 days of start and updated upon expiration, including NURSYS and Board of Nursing verification
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to neurology patients on a rotating day/night schedule
• Local candidates may be considered but must reside within a 60-mile radius of the facility, with a reduced pay rate applying
• Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping
