RN (Registered Nurse) | Travel | Acute Care - MedSurg | IL

Assignment Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for an acute care MedSurg unit. The ideal candidate will have relevant hospital experience and capability to manage patients with general medical diagnoses. Candidates should be comfortable with titrating Heparin drips and have the ability to collaborate with a strong support team, including 24/7 charge nurse and house supervisor coverage.

  • Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2565 (negotiable)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and care for patients with varied diagnoses
  • Titrate Heparin drips as required
  • Participate in shift reports and collaborate on scheduling
  • Float to other units as required for coverage

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active IL RN licensure or evidence of application
  • BLS certification (AHA)
  • Negative drug screen for all panels

Preferred:

  • 1+ year of hospital experience
  • ACLS certification for Charge RN positions
