Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced 30-bed Medical ICU setting
  • Manage a complex patient population including sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergency, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, Type 2 diabetes, alcohol and substance use disorders, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy
  • Operate and monitor mechanical ventilators and drips
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-acuity critical care

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 3 years of ICU experience
  • ACLS certification required
  • BLS certification required
  • Proficiency with mechanical ventilators and drip management

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience with high-acuity Medical ICU patient populations
  • Familiarity with managing neurological emergencies such as status epilepticus and encephalopathy
