• Pay rate as a full-time permanent CMA is approximately $21–$22/hour
• Pay rate will not exceed $22/hour
• Program Name: Local Contract Allied Health

Location

• Primary Care clinic located in Plumsteadville, PA

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Weekly schedule will include one late shift of 11:45 AM – 8:15 PM
• All other shifts will be 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
• Schedules are available two weeks in advance

Interview Process

• Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients
• Patient calls
• Booking appointments
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Training

• 5-hour EPIC training session held on a Friday during the onboarding process
• Training hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM with a break
• Includes a 15-minute HIPAA training module
• EPIC experience is a plus for this practice

Compliance Requirements

• All compliance items are due on the Wednesday before the start date
• Candidates must be ready to begin the compliance process immediately upon accepting the position
• Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the offer
• Candidates who do not begin these requirements within 72 hours are at risk of the contract being cancelled
