Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring a permanent OH or compact license and 12 months of Med/Surg Tele experience.

Details

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Requirements

• Active OH RN license (permanent, in hand) or compact license required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (preferred)
• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required, medical/religious exemptions only

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation, with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
• Holiday coverage required for every other holiday
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
• First-time travelers are not typically considered for this role given the experience requirement
