Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a rapid admission unit serving general medical and pre-surgical patients
• Manage a patient ratio of 5:1 in a fast-paced environment with higher-than-average patient turnover
• Communicate clearly and work independently to support efficient patient flow and throughput
• Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications as required throughout the assignment
• Participate in mandatory holiday coverage, including either Thanksgiving Day or the day after Thanksgiving, and either Christmas Eve/Christmas Day or New Year's Eve/New Year's Day

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with valid Nursys verification
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing
• Resume/work history with no employment gaps greater than 60 days
• Completed skills checklist and professional references required at submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a rapid admission or high-acuity medical surgical environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage accelerated patient turnover and shifting priorities
• Strong independent clinical decision-making skills
