Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN for a hospital float pool position requiring 2+ years of experience and an active MA RN license.

Details

• Nursing Float Pool unit within a hospital setting
• Medical-Surgical Telemetry specialty
• 12-hour day shift schedule, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 36 hours per week
• Floating to Addison Gilbert Hospital required as needed
• Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required (in hand)
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass a day-one pass/fail Tele/ECG and Medication test upon arrival at orientation (1 attempt only)
• Must pass Relias testing during onboarding within 2 attempts to prepare for onsite testing

Additional Information

• Provide medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care within a hospital float pool
• No more than 3 days of RTO allowed
• Required vaccinations include COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine (medical exemptions allowed)
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius, as locals are not accepted for this position
• Previous employees of any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility must have a 6-month break before returning
• No prior travel experience required to be considered
