Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring an active MA license and 2+ years of experience.

Details

  • Nursing Float Pool unit setting
  • 12-hour night shift schedule, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
  • 36 hours per week
  • Floating required, including to an affiliated hospital as needed
  • EPIC EMR experience required

Requirements

  • Active RN license (MA license required in hand)
  • Current BLS certification (AHA)
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
  • EPIC EMR experience required
  • Must pass a day-one pass/fail competency test upon arrival at orientation (one attempt only)
  • Must complete Relias testing during onboarding to prepare for onsite testing (two attempts allowed)

Additional Information

  • Provide medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care as part of a float pool team
  • No more than 3 days of requested time off (RTO) permitted during the assignment
  • Required vaccinations include COVID-19 (plus booster) and Flu, with medical exemptions allowed
  • Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
  • Previous BILH employees or travelers must complete a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility
  • No prior separation from BILH is required to apply
