Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN - Telemetry for a cardiac med-surg unit requiring strong cardiac experience and an active GA or compact license.

Details

Cardiac Med-Surg unit at a hospital in Atlanta, GA
Night shift, 3x12s, 36 hours per week
No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

Active GA or compact RN license in hand
AHA BLS certification required
Minimum 18 months of recent nursing experience required
Strong cardiac nursing experience required
EPIC EMR experience required

Additional Information

Provide telemetry nursing care within a cardiac med-surg setting
Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible unless radius rule is waived
Local candidates are not accepted
Former Emory or Houston Perm Staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, and 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
Only one holiday time-off request is permitted
