- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
- Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Shifts Per Week: 3
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Orientation: 16 hours

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
- Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
- NIHSS certification preferred/required in accordance with unit expectations
- One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the same specialty from the past 12 months
- All required certifications must be active and in hand; pending credentials are not accepted
- Ability to complete ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation
- Must meet standard compliance and credentialing requirements prior to start
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care to adult Med/Surg Telemetry patients on a night shift schedule
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient condition quickly and accurately
- Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and carry out provider orders
- Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses clearly and thoroughly
- Respond to changes in patient status with strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
- Support patient education, discharge readiness, and a positive care experience
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and compliance with unit and facility standards
