Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
• Permanent Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Active NIHSS certification preferred or required for submission readiness
• All certifications must be current and in hand; pending items are not accepted
• Ability to successfully complete orientation assessments

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to telemetry changes
• Assess patients, administer medications, and support individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and maintain strong clinical communication
• Support patient safety, teamwork, professionalism, and quality nursing care
