Assignment Overview

We are seeking a skilled RN specializing in MedSurg/Tele for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment, providing care to a diverse patient population.

Assignment Details

  • Start Date: Not provided
  • Shift Details: 3x12 Nights
  • Assignment Length: Not provided
  • Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2160 (negotiable)
  • Location: Macon, GA

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care in MedSurg and Telemetry units.
  • Participate in telemetry monitoring of patients.
  • Manage common drips including insulin and heparin drips.
  • Perform tracheostomy care, chest tube management, and PIV starts.
  • Engage in patient safety and support activities as needed.
  • Work collaboratively within the department, utilizing support staff appropriately.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2 years Med/Tele RN experience
  • BLS Certification
  • Proficiency in cardiac drips

Preferred:

  • ACLS Certification
  • Certification in MedSurg

PEL/VIP Job ID #65546507. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
