Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong telemetry rhythm recognition and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain dependable attendance
• Manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director reference in the specialty from within the past 12 months
• Completion of pre-start compliance items, including required assessments and onboarding modules

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and assess for changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Document assessments, care, and patient response accurately and thoroughly
• Respond promptly to clinical changes and escalate concerns as needed
• Promote a safe, organized, and patient-centered care environment
