Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a dedicated Medical Oncology/Hematology Unit, requiring 2 years of recent specialty experience and a GA or compact RN license.

Details

• Dedicated Medical Oncology/Hematology Unit
• 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Schedule runs 0700-1930, Monday through Sunday
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Medical/Surgical or Oncology/Hematology specialty
• AHA BLS certification required

Additional Information

• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Holiday coverage required: 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• Former permanent staff returning as non-local travelers must have a 2-year break in service
• RTO must be requested upfront prior to offer acceptance and cannot be requested after
