Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Stroke/Telemetry unit position requiring 18 months of experience and an active GA or Compact RN license.

• Stroke/Telemetry unit setting in a hospital environment
• AM shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
• No on-call responsibilities required

Requirements

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license required in hand
• Minimum 18 months of recent RN experience required
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Active license copy required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide telemetry nursing care to stroke patients
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• Former Emory or Houston Methodist perm staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days when not falling on or near a holiday, and 3 days when falling on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per assignment
