Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to changes in patient status
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate safe transitions
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — Compact or Georgia state license required
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience
• Strong gastrointestinal (GI) nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a telemetry or step-down unit setting
• Familiarity with cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
