Noor Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.

Job Details:
• Rotating nights and days schedule; nights-only schedule may be accommodated
• Weekend coverage required with 4 weekend shifts per contract
• Patient ratio of 6:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• 27 rooms and 34 beds on unit
• Care for patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Active PA or Compact license required
• Required certification: BLS (AHA only)
• Cerner charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Must be willing to float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius if needed
• Patient diagnoses include medical non-monitored conditions
• Special procedures include post-op joint replacement, post-op weight loss management surgery, and post-op general surgery
• Required skills include: accessing/managing ports, blood product administration, central line blood draw, chest tube management, continuous bladder irrigation, feeding tube care and management, heparin administration, insulin administration, management of dysrhythmias, PICC line management, tracheostomy care/management, wound care/wound vac, and additional med/surg competencies
• Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation
