Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and acute care nursing skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
• Comfortable providing night shift nursing care in an acute care environment

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and document changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient outcomes
