Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting with an emphasis on neurological and orthopedic patient populations
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in accordance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Strong background in neurological and orthopedic patient care
• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — must be current

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity or academic medical center environment
• Familiarity with neuro and orthopedic post-operative patient management
