Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical unit setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 18 months of Medical/Surgical experience within the past 3 years
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travelers)
• Navy blue scrubs required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity or large hospital system environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in a fast-paced Med/Surg setting
