Job Overview

Shift Details

Full-time position with 12-hour day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM. The facility offers 48 guaranteed hours each week.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care based on best practices and established protocols.
• Assess patients' conditions and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and ongoing care processes.
• Document patient care and treatment effectively and accurately.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Med Surg or related environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
