Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• ACLS certification required before start; submissions may be considered pending completion
• Cerner experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Permanent residence must be more than 50 miles from the facility

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate bedside care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions throughout the shift
• Administer medications and complete physician orders accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Recognize changes in patient status and escalate concerns appropriately
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit protocols and standards
• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care while supporting a smooth night shift workflow
