### Exciting Opportunity for Medical Surgical/Neuro RN! **Job Description:** - **Unit Name:** 3rd, Neuro Med/Surg - **Location:** Nashville, TN - **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM - **Number of Beds:** 20 - **Patient Ratios:** 6:1 - **Tech Support:** Available on day and night shifts - **Unit Secretary:** 7 AM - 7 PM **Unit Highlights:** - **Cutting-Edge Equipment:** IV Pumps, Telemetry, SCD’s, Continuous Pulse Ox Machines, Feeding Pumps, PCA, EKG machines, Bladder Scanner, iMobile communication technology - **Documentation System:** Meditech - **Schedule Requirements:** 3 shifts/week (12 hours each); 2 weekends (4 shifts) per 4-week schedule - **Floating Policy:** Contract labor floats first; rotation for multiple contract staff **Patient Experience Focus:** - Provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and their families. - Engage in bedside shift report; foster personal connections with patients and include them in care planning. **Qualifications:** - **Required Skills:** - Med/Surg Experience - Ability to prioritize care and multitask - Start IV’s, basic wound care, maintenance of surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, & chest tubes - **Must Have:** - Active RN License - BLS Certification **Dress Code:** - Required uniform: Navy scrubs, tops, and bottoms **Join Us!** This is an incredible opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where innovation meets compassionate care!
