Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg unit. This role is crucial for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience.

General Information

  • Unit Name: 5 West
  • Number of Beds: 12
  • Patient Ratios: 5-6:1
  • Unit Staffing Description: 1 Patient Care Technician (PCT) available
  • Type of Equipment: General Med Surg equipment
  • Documentation System: Meditech
  • Scheduling Requirements: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
  • Floating Policy: Facility Med Surg
  • Patient Experience Requirements: 75%

Qualifications

  • Required Skills: Must be team-oriented and compassionate
  • Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years

Dress Code

  • Required uniform: Navy Scrubs
