13-Week Travel Contract

Pay Package
• Hourly: $25/hr
• OT: $37.50/hr
• Non-Taxable Stipend: $100/week
• Gross Pay: Up to $2,000/week (40 hours)
Schedule
✔ 5×8-hour shifts
✔ 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
✔ Alternating weekends
✅ Requirements
• Active California LPN/LVN License (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient Case Management experience
• Experience with patient placement to SNFs, board & care, home health, and other discharge dispositions
• Strong understanding of inpatient case management processes and terminology
