Travel & Lifestyle Assistant

Ready to help busy people live their best lives? We're looking for a Travel & Lifestyle Assistant to coordinate travel plans, manage schedules, and handle all the details that make experiences memorable.

You'll work directly with clients to understand what they need, research options, book accommodations and experiences, and keep everything organized and on track. If you love solving problems, communicating clearly, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this could be your role.

What You'll Do

• Chat with clients to understand their travel and lifestyle preferences
• Research and coordinate bookings for travel, accommodations, and experiences
• Manage scheduling requests and keep everything organized
• Follow up on details and keep clients in the loop

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once
• Detail-oriented with solid follow-through
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in customer service, admin, or coordination is a plus but not required
