Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $26.40 - $30.80 per hour

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Certification/License
Current certification in good standing
Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or patient care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff
Record vital signs and assist with routine patient care activities
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
Support patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

40 guaranteed hours per week
Night-shift assignment with every-other-weekend coverage required
