Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Nurse in ISSAQUAH, Washington. This position involves providing specialized care for women during labor, delivery, and postpartum, with a focus on high-risk pregnancies and obstetrical procedures. The role utilizes Epic (Electronic Medical Record) experience and requires a committed and experienced healthcare professional.

Job Details

Schedule: Nights shift; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Certifications including BLS, FHM, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate; at least 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, including attending high-risk deliveries and handling OB-GYN surgeries. Valid compact state license in hand at submission. Experience with blood/blood products administration, obstetrical procedures, and specialized equipment such as epidural pumps, PCA, and wound vacs.
Preferred Qualifications: ACLS certification.
Float: Float rotation may be required, including float to postpartum units and possibly labor and delivery at other nearby facilities.
Additional Information: Candidates should be prepared to work three of the five major holidays. Must include response to prior hospital/agency employment and references covering the last three years. Flexibility for assignments involving inter-facility float and adherence to scheduling and RTO policies is expected.
