- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,180-$2,290
- Orientation: 36 hours
- Schedule: Self-scheduling with weekend coverage required
- Additional Notes: Candidates may float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Oregon, or eligibility to obtain the required state RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification from AHA
- NRP certification required
- Epic EMR experience required
- At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience required
- 2+ years of labor and delivery nursing experience preferred for the strongest match
- Postpartum and mother-baby experience preferred
- Ability to complete compliance documentation, references, and employment verification before start
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality maternal care to laboring, postpartum, antepartum, and triage patients
- Support high-risk deliveries and assist with cesarean sections as needed
- Monitor fetal status and respond quickly to changes in maternal or fetal condition
- Assist with vaginal delivery, recovery, and postpartum assessments
- Care for patients presenting to triage, including those from early pregnancy through postpartum
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary women’s health care team to promote safe, patient-centered outcomes
- Float to mother-baby or nearby units based on patient and staffing needs
