• Float Requirement: Floating within the Women & Infant unit as needed
• On-Call: May be required per unit needs
• Orientation: 24 hours
• Unit Size: 19-room Labor & Delivery unit

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience required
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate
• Comfort working rotating shifts, weekends, and floating within scope
• Strong clinical judgment in high-acuity obstetric and maternal care
• Experience with Epic electronic health record (EHR) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor fetal and maternal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Assist with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and high-risk deliveries
• Support antepartum, intrapartum, and immediate postpartum care
• Perform assessments, medication administration, and evidence-based nursing interventions
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote excellent patient outcomes
• Float within the Women & Infant service line as needed to meet patient care needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold unit standards for quality and safety
