Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery – Everett, WA 98201

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Everett, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30). Weekend coverage required. Float to Postpartum as needed. No call required. Guaranteed hours with potential for one 12-hour call-off per two-week period.

Highlights:

• Work in a Level II Trauma Center with comprehensive maternity services and Level II NICU
• High-volume perinatal care unit with 19 labor and delivery beds, 10 antepartum beds, 30 postpartum beds, 3 ORs, 2 PACU, and 7-bay triage
• Excellent staffing ratios: 1:1 in labor, 1:3 couplets in postpartum with CNA support, 1:2-3 in antepartum
• Robust interdisciplinary support including 3-4 delivering providers 24/7, 2 CRNAs 24/7, surgical techs, CNAs, and health unit coordinators
• Epic charting system with 40 hours of paid orientation

Requirements:

• Active Compact RN license (must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience required
• Experience in facilities handling 100+ deliveries per month (200+ deliveries preferred)
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring (all certifications are mandatory)
• Epic charting experience required
• Must have sterile vaginal exam (SVE) experience
• Proficiency in high-risk perinatal care, antepartum, postpartum, cesarean sections, neonatal resuscitation, and fetal monitoring
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
• Local candidates within 50-mile radius not accepted
• First-time travelers accepted
