Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery – Issaquah, WA 98029

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Issaquah, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30). Contract duration of 13 or 26 weeks available. Staffing ratio 1:1-3. Float requirements to Post-Partum and potentially other nearby facilities based on skill set.

• Flexible holiday scheduling – only required to work 1 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas/Eve, New Years/Eve) with ability to request up to 2 major holidays off
• 8 labor rooms and 4 triage rooms with monthly delivery volume of 200-300 births
• Comprehensive Labor & Delivery experience including high-risk deliveries, C-section circulation, triage, and low-risk antepartum care
• First-time travelers accepted with appropriate experience
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate

Requirements:

• Active Washington state RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), AWHONN Intermediate
• ACLS certification preferred
• Experience with blood/blood product administration, epidural pumps, PCA pumps, anticoagulation therapy, magnesium sulfate, insulin drips, and wound care
• Competency in high-risk deliveries, C-section circulation and recovery, triage of obstetrical patients, and IUPC placement
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
