• Floating Areas: MFMU, Mother-Baby, NICU
• Weekend/On-Call: Not required, available upon approval

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• High-risk obstetric and maternal care experience
• Immediate newborn care experience
• NRP certification
• BLS/ALS certification
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification
• Circulating experience preferred
• Outgoing, friendly, and adaptable personality

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care throughout the labor and delivery process
• Support vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, D&C procedures, cerclage, and C-hyst cases
• Monitor fetal status and respond promptly to changes in maternal or newborn condition
• Deliver immediate newborn care and assist with smooth transitions for infants
• Collaborate closely with charge nurses, PCTs, CSTs, and the broader clinical team
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit policies and clinical best practices
• Float as needed to related maternal and neonatal care areas
