Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to expectant mothers and their newborns during labor and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care during labor and delivery, ensuring the safety and comfort of mothers and infants.
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, promptly recognizing and addressing potential complications.
Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders and established protocols.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care throughout the labor and delivery process.
Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Schedule

This position requires night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
