Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with GE/Siemens equipment knowledge and neuro or CT training to work in an interventional radiology unit.

Details

• Interventional Radiology unit setting
• 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, every other weekend required
• 40 hours per week over a 26-week assignment
• Weekend and on-call coverage required

Requirements

• Vocational or technical training in Radiologic Technology required
• ARRT registration required
• MA Radiology License required if applicable
• Must be trained in neuro or CT along with IR
• GE/Siemens equipment knowledge required
• Scrub and circulator experience required
• Extensive thrombectomy device knowledge (PE/Stroke) preferred
• Experience with angio procedures such as TIPS and angioplasty preferred

• Weekly orientation held every Monday, barring holidays
• Interview conducted by hiring manager
• RTO requests must be submitted at time of consideration
• Candidates previously employed by Beth Israel Lahey Health (travel, perm, or per diem) within the last six months are not eligible; a six-month separation is required
• COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions allowed
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, though local candidates may be considered case-by-case for hard-to-fill roles
