Job Summary:
This Interventional Radiology (IR) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Hermiston, Oregon. The role involves providing specialized nursing care to patients undergoing invasive interventional procedures, working collaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and high-quality patient outcomes. A key focus of this role includes assisting with procedures such as angiography, embolization, and cardiac catheterization, with responsibilities varying based on assigned duties.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 07/26/2026.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the State of Oregon; BLS certification; ACLS certification; at least one year of experience in critical care, emergency, catheterization laboratory, or Interventional Radiology; evidence of continuing education appropriate for current role.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Cath Lab, conscious sedation training, monitor role experience; bilingual skills (particularly English-Spanish) preferred.
  • Additional Information: The RN may be on call and will work in a fast-paced environment requiring rapid response to complications and effective collaboration with the radiology team. The role involves duties such as managing sterile procedures, monitoring patient vitals during moderate sedation, assisting with vascular access, and supporting departmental supply management.
