Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology/CSIR position requiring active MA licensure and critical care experience.

Details

• Work in the Interventional/Cross Sectional Interventional Radiology (CSIR) unit
• 13-week assignment with a scheduled shift of 07:30-18:00
• Uses Epic for charting

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required; no pending licenses accepted
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA only)
• Current Interventional/Cross Sectional Interventional Radiology experience required
• Critical care experience required
• Proficient in peripheral IV access, port access, and deaccess
• Pre/post recovery experience for IR/CSIR required
• Current experience with IV conscious sedation required

Additional Information

• Provide pre and post procedural care for interventional and cross sectional radiology patients
• Perform peripheral IV access and port access/deaccess procedures
• Administer and monitor IV conscious sedation
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for standard travel rate
• Time tracked via UKG/Kronos system
