Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in MedSurg and Telemetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of documented experience in a similar-sized facility and be capable of providing high-quality patient care within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient care for a ratio of 1:3-4, including patients with STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiac symptoms, and chest pain.
• Administer and monitor cardiac drips such as Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors.
• Provide care in telemetry beds for patients with lower acuity levels as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Exhibit strong assessment and critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of MedSurg and Telemetry experience in a similar-sized facility.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
