Job Requirements

• 2+ years of continuous MICU experience preferred, with 2+ years of Adult ICU experience required
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Telemetry competency required with the ability to read rhythm strips confidently
• Strong experience in high-acuity adult critical care and acute care nursing
• Comfort with floating to Medical/Surgical units as needed
• Experience with EPIC charting is helpful
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced travel RN and critical care environments

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to adult ICU patients with complex, rapidly changing conditions
• Monitor telemetry, interpret rhythm strips, and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Care for patients with diagnoses such as sepsis, DKA, respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, renal failure, GI bleed, and cardiogenic shock
• Deliver safe, timely interventions in collaboration with attendings, residents, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC and support smooth communication across shifts
• Adapt to floating assignments while maintaining a high standard of patient-centered care
• Provide compassionate care in a fast-paced Medical Intensive Care Unit and Adult ICU setting
