Registered Nurse - ICU | Grafton, WI

Assignment Overview

Seeking an experienced RN for the ICU specializing in critical care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care settings, particularly with ICU patients who present a variety of complex medical conditions including sepsis, GI bleeds, COVID, and post-surgical recovery. Experience with cardiovascular and post-cath procedures is highly advantageous.

Assignment Details

  • Start Date: Not provided
  • Shift: 3x12 Nights, 0700-1930 or 1900-0730
  • Weekend rotation: Every other weekend
  • On-call: No
  • Holiday Expectations: 1 per contract
  • Assignment Length: Not provided
  • Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2430 (negotiable)

Responsibilities

  • Manage ventilators and tracheostomies
  • Oversee invasive line management including art lines and CVP
  • Administer post-surgical and post-cath care
  • Handle continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3 years of ICU experience
  • License and certification in BLS and ACLS
  • Skills in ventilator management, invasive lines, and post-surgical recovery

Preferred:

  • NIHSS certification
  • Experience with cardiovascular surgery, IABPs, and Impellas
