• Position: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Nurse
• Location: Martinsburg, West Virginia 25401
• Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care
• Employment Type: Travel Assignment
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
• Shift Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Rotating holidays
• Charting System: EPIC
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,040 - $2,150

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing or critical care experience preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• PALS and TNCC preferred
• Experience caring for a mixed ICU population, including higher-acuity medical and surgical patients
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a 20-bed ICU
• Monitor and manage complex patient conditions, including ventilated patients and advanced drips
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Respond quickly and appropriately to changes in patient condition, rapid responses, and evolving clinical needs
• Deliver safe, compassionate patient care while following unit protocols and best practices
• Support a culture of excellence, communication, and patient-focused care
