Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Comfortable titrating drips in a high-acuity critical care environment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to adapt to floating assignments and changing patient needs
• Experience with ventilated patients and other critical care patients strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients with complex medical needs
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including those with respiratory failure, sepsis, heart failure, stroke, and post-code needs
• Titrate ordered drips as needed, including pressor and sedation infusions
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, effective treatment plans
• Read and interpret telemetry strips as part of routine ICU care
• Float to telemetry and other ICU settings as needed while maintaining a professional, flexible approach
• Deliver compassionate care while maintaining accuracy, safety, and attention to detail
