Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent acute care or ICU nursing experience required
• 1-2 years of acute care experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS and NIHSS
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced critical care environment
• Meditech experience preferred
• Travel readiness and flexibility to support unit needs

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond quickly to evolving clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to established critical care protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient care planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Support safe, efficient patient flow and uphold unit standards of care
• Adapt to floating needs as required within the designated radius
