Registered Nurse Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 2 years of critical care or ICU experience required
• Experience with ventilator management and respiratory therapy support
• Experience managing titratable vasoactive drips
• BLS and ACLS required
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity cardiac critical care environment
• Comfort working nights and rotating weekends

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for critically ill cardiac patients
• Monitor and manage patients with complex needs, including post-cath STEMIs and NSTEMIs
• Care for direct admits and medical ICU overflow patients as needed
• Support ventilator management in coordination with respiratory therapy
• Administer and titrate vasoactive medications per protocol
• Work closely with physicians and the care team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
• Float as needed during periods of low census
