**Join Our Dynamic NVICU Team!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Nashville, TN - **Unit Name:** NVICU - **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - **Cost Center:** 677 **Why You’ll Love Working Here:** - **Exciting Patient Care:** Work in a 16-bed unit with a variety of cases and a focus on attentive, compassionate care. - **Flexible Scheduling:** Self-scheduling options with a minimum requirement of 4 weekend shifts per schedule, organized in 4-week increments. - **Advanced Technology:** Utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV 1000. - **Innovative Environment:** Enhance your skills by performing advanced procedures such as: - Insertion of central lines - Arterial lines - Lumbar punctures - Chest tube insertions - EVD insertions **Unit Specifics:** - **Patient Ratios:** 2:1, sometimes 1:1 or 3:1 depending on acuity/staffing. - **Team Support:** Benefit from unit secretaries during dayshift and occasional nurse externs working as techs. - **Commitment to Excellence:** Engage in a culture that prioritizes patient experience and quality care. **Qualifications:** - Must have an active RN license. - Required certifications: ACLS and BLS. - Previous ICU experience is essential. **Dress Code:** - Required uniform: Navy scrubs, tops and bottoms. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
