- **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

**Unit Specifics:**
- **Patient Ratios:** 2:1, sometimes 1:1 or 3:1 depending on acuity/staffing.
- **Team Support:** Benefit from unit secretaries during dayshift and occasional nurse externs working as techs.
- **Commitment to Excellence:** Engage in a culture that prioritizes patient experience and quality care.
**Qualifications:**
- Must have an active RN license.
- Required certifications: ACLS and BLS.
- Previous ICU experience is essential.
**Dress Code:**
- Required uniform: Navy scrubs, tops and bottoms.
